having a combined shower & bath is not great. Also the height of the bath to get into the shower is quite high and I can imagine if elders were to stay they would find it very challenging to get in and out of the bath for the shower

No restaurant and ripped off for breakfast. As a gold member I get 50% off. I was charged $47 per person, as I am a gold member. However if not a member breakfast was $30 per head! What a joke.

Lack of pool, lifts not all working. Temporary breakfast barely adequate. Conference facilities a bit cramped. Staff great and helpful, good customer service.

Service was good but the renovations really made the stay poor. A lot of renovations noise and heard a lot of commotion outside my room by the people moving new mattresses.
